The game was created as a part of the Play product development allowing for a more open and engaged, “discovery” process that results in a strategic “map”, delivers organizational development benefits, and surfaces issues around perception and alignment. As “players’’ roll the dice and advance to the appropriate stop on the board, they are asked to pick a card that corresponds to that stop. The “player” then answers the question based on their knowledge and experience. The answers are documented and with the help of facilitated conversations the players can dig deeper into the question and an “organizational mind map” takes shape. The game continues as each subsequent player continues rolling the dice, moves their game piece and answer questions.
